I have done my work properly on the dates set out in charges, end no complain for the lack of work has been made by any peak resident

And eccording to conditions Nos. Z arid 5 of the Peak retchmen standing orders, only the senior Inspector hes to deel with him.

And by complaining against me both Inspector Frith and Fincher have exceeded their duties as they were not in charge of Peek scavenging work, where I worked and ea fer es know the Sanitary

who was in charge of the scavenging work of No. F Health District

where that foreman works, who watched him and found him in the house

of complainants, and told him at the seac time and see the Head of

Sanitary Department at 11 a. Tid. on the same day, who was dismissed

as also heretofore he had been fincd several times for neglect of

duties &0.

But this has not been done in my case, the charges brought

against mo aro false and illegal, and after the elapsc of about 18

days after the occurrence and as the Sanitary Department office8

are open daily why the dally occurrence have not been dealt with

daily as in case of the other servants of sanitary department and

other Government Departments.

And therefore no such charges of absence from duty &c has been
